The good thing about Townsville is that it has a railway spine all the way through the city!

Google Maps- Townsville

Something tells me though, Anna isn't serious and we have a lot of PT problems in the big smoke Brisbane too...

Same with Toowoomba... rail spine is present but no passenger services.

Yes, and Google Maps has symbols for stations which may have existed in the past, or been planned but never built (e.g. Townsville West, Currajong, Deeragun, Roseneath).

I found some of the locations popping up on the Google map, Max, but couldn't find a way to have them all show up. Is there a way?

I know nothing of the city, but it does have a history of jobs and businesses and strong unions and long established university. A northern Ipswich?

Plenty of time to argue about PT and TODs, which are all the rage with planners anyway. The pollies of the next generation will be the ones to stuff it up.  :-\
