Ipswich line weekday service change - effective 4 May 2010

From Tuesday 4 May there will be minor changes to an afternoon service on the Ipswich line to improve reliability.

The 5.06pm service from Bowen Hills will now depart four minutes later from all stations (see below).

This change will also improve running times between the CBD and Darra.

This change will allow for the 5:21pm Ipswich express to finally be able to run at full speed, rather than slowly travelling behind this service. It is great news for us Ippy flyers!

I can't see this being permanent, with Corinda to Darra almost complete, it will probably revert back to its normal running time
