Roma St Platform 7 - track vehicles

Happened to be around when an announcement was made indicating train arriving platform 7 is not for passengers ..

Some track vehicles turned up!

Given the overloading of trains on our rail system we are probably lucky people did not try to board it.  BTW how many passengers do you think it could carry...how many of these could we bring into service...we do need every service we can get
