I have only a few clues why this route has been named Brisbane's worst.  I find that off-peak it is reliable, reasonably frequent and popular enough.  One thing with it is that the 12:20am services on Friday and Saturday nights are usually standing room only, so I'm not sure why they feel that an N444 is not required.

The stupid part is that it is separated from all other Indooroopilly corridor routes in the City.
