It's the fault of Translink to:-
1) Not increase services to solve existing congestion on the INB.
2) Not increase services to cope with the expected increase in passengers using the new RBWH station.

So in other words it has nothing to do with the opening of the new busway and you were trying to lay blame on something that wasn't at fault.
