Please explain delays

Once again the public perception is that QR (passenger) has failed to perform when in fact QR Passenger has not been responsible for the failures and delays, time to make the public aware of the responsible body, in this case QR Network and for QR Corperate to take steps to ensure this aging and decaying infrastructure is brought up to a standard that will enable QR Passenger to operate a consistent and reliable commuter service.
Translink has lost the plot and their track record is that poor that they clutch at any failure to attempt to distract the public focus from their pathetic and inefectual efforts so they should be the last to critise the efforts of QRvPassenger.
Lets correct the Public perception of who is in fact responsible for these failures and also pressure the politicans to take steps to resolve the actual root cause of the problems with an innovative solution like giving QR Passenger full control and responsibility for the entire commuter network including the fixed infrastructure.
