Howdy,

I have had a few reports of problems on the Ipswich line today, this morning and this evening.  Anyone got caught?

I understand some units have failed.  Some services cancelled.

ABC 612 radio reported around 7.40am that the 8.06am from corinda via tennyson was being cancelled due to unit problems - info taken from QR website apparently. I was again on the dangerously overloaded 6.44am from Oxley - those of us travelling early to work don't seem to be taking christmas holidays yet - have still to see any drop off in passenger numbers on this train.

Thanks Mozz, seems a number of issues on the network.

And, I had a call this afternoon from Melbourne!!, reporting pax sitting in a unit at Milton (Qld).  Looks like it was just one of those days ...

(explanation, daughters are in Melbourne this week, work mates ring them when there is an issue ...   by the way they are checking on the trains down there as we speak ....  :-t, boy have I TRAINED them well ... LOL)
