Fairly depressing OTR ...

Beenleigh hasn't recovered

Caboolture still poor

Cleveland  :fp:

Ferny Grove has lost its OTR

Ipswich, possibly being affected by issues with Rosewood line

Shorncliffe on a slide down

Rosewood reflects the single line workings.

Springfield - Kippa-Ring going well!

Update on on-time running performance for Queensland Rail Citytrain Month of May 2022

14th July 2022

Greetings,

Citytrain services, including peak and off-peak, are measured as on-time when they arrive within three minutes and 59 seconds of their scheduled time, except for the interurban services viz. Gold Coast, Rosewood and Sunshine Coast, which are measured as on time if they arrive within 5 minutes and 59 seconds.

Target is services > 95% on time, all lines.

FMA = force majeure adjusted
CI = customer impact (what passengers actually experience)
CP = combined peaks

The on-time running (OTR) data is published on or about the 10th each month for the month preceding the last month at https://www.queenslandrail.com.au/aboutus/ourperformance
OTR for May 2022 was seemingly affected by the continuing recovery from severe weather and floods earlier in the year.
We noted also a lot of delays due to "signalling issues" and "train faults".  All reported service delays are recorded here > https://railbot.info/forum/index.php?board=14.0

Some excellent line OTR results in May - Redcliffe Peninsula, Springfield, Gold Coast very good. Others not so good.

Best wishes,
Robert
