Improving coverage in South Brisbane/West End

After seeing that the new South Brisbane "free" loop was (IMO) rather underwhelming, I decided to create my own suggestion. I really don't like the idea of a one-way loop in this area, as traffic gets very heavy at times, meaning it will take far longer to reach a stop more than 50% of the way around the loop than most people would want to spend.

So, here is my suggestion.
