checking prior lists back to 2015....Brisbane hasn't even been in the top 10.....so its an improvement none-the-less...

Personally though....I'm not taking the list seriously.....rankings were highly influenced by how well you did on covid....not on how liveable your city actually is..
They should not have penalised cities so much on the health metric....because its gives a false sense of how a city normally performs ouside of a pandemic...

Well, healthcare is fundamental. If you have everything in a city except that, and you get sick, its a big problem for you and your life.
