Directors-General named

Following the swearing in of the final new Minister, Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk has announced the Directors-General for each department.

The Premier said she has a high expectation of Directors-Generals to be focused on supporting her ministers to serve the people of Queensland.

"We've got a big job ahead of us and I expect everyone to roll up their sleeves and get on with our COVID recovery," the Premier said.

Two temporary three-month appointments have been made. These positions will be advertised and permanent appointments announced following a meritorious selection process.
