Something that just caught my eye was the considerable drop on the 475 patronage from 366 000 in 12/13 to 146 000 in 14/15. Is this around the time that is was cut back from PAH to the City?

Yep.  The southern half of route 475 became route 234 )except the Gabba to PAH section which is covered by other routes including the 100 BUZ).
