Airport and Gold Coast Line improvements after duplication completed.

Caught the Airtrain back from Brisbane last  Monday and to my surprise a 30min wait at 7pm. The Airport line could do with some increased frequency until 8pm when the majority of flights then taper off. At the moment the 15min Frequency stops at 6pm.

Have to take it up with Airtrain.  If they don't want to run more services, then more services will not be provided.

You know there is a lack of drivers? Expanding services is a bit of a moot point this decade!

Considering QR earn money from running airtrain services.   If airtrain wanted more services, then QR could cull others to make it happen.

^  eerr what?  Strip other lines for Airtrain?  No thanks.  The service on most lines is dismal enough already.

Not saying it should be done, but money talks.

Yeah, but Airtrain clearly don't want more services. It took then years to get beyond an 8pm finish.
Id say the 10pm service would be pretty marginal at best.
I can't see airtrain wanting to throw down big money for extra late night services on top of that.
