Some pictures from the trip.

Before departing Roma Street.

Running around at Cooroy, whilst waiting for the late southbound Tilt Train.

Still waiting for the Tilt Train.

The temptation must be strong for some at only $10!

Our carriage for the day, which was Car F.

Ran slightly behind the timetable most of the day, typically only two minutes or so. Struggled up the Dakabin Bank.

Waited to be passed whilst heading northbound at Eudlo & Nambour.

Dropped the water gin off at Yandina and headed north.

Waited at Cooroy for the southbound tilt which was late. Cooroy isn't intended for a train load of people, needless to say a bit sunburnt.

Tender first back down to Yandina, passed a waiting train at North Arm.

Time was able to be made up whilst turning at Yandina, despite the late tilt train and what appeared to be a SPAD by the loco at the south end of Yandina. Still left about two minutes late (I suspect the driver's watch was a different time to ours).

Passed a electric set at Landsborough who was waiting for us.

Ended up about 7 minutes late at Roma St whilst waiting to cross from the Up Main into Platform 10.

A good day out all up. The Yank performed quite well :lo
