Meanwhile  that primo piece of land accross the road from richlands station gets a brand new public transport orientated masters hardware store  ::)
Gotta love zoning arrangements.
Yet another wasted opportunity near a rail station.All those flash footpaths around the station are for what?
It would seem high density residential around shopping centers has a key benefit to quirky.....more passengers for his bus network  ::)
