Interesting stance ... I am looking forward to the TransLink Transit Authority.

I am very hopeful that real progress will be made. It is a critical juncture at this time, fuel shock starting to be realised, the pathetic resourcing of our public transport now exposed for all to see, the go card promising much but still to deliver, and still we are seeing disproportionate investment in monuments to the automobile.

It is fortunate that we have the rail network that we have!

More is needed, and this will become ever clearer in the months to come IMHO.
