FYI
16min trip
Dedicated double decker, with high back seater, baggage room and seats for those pushing prams
Very helpful staff who actually helped us to our seat with pram
30min clockface time table, o6 and 36 past 18hr a day
14 € one way + single trip on Vienna pt system, 12 € for air train only, 19 € return
Option of getting unlimited 24, 48, 72hr pass of pt, 34 € and is return to airport
Only two stops, one each end
I believe there is S bahn option as alt, but for the travellor arriving there its not obvious and the airtrain or CAT as they call it, this is pushed hard with vending machines at baggage claim and signage and little for S bahn

Paper tickets

Personal comment, if we push the paperless ticket for Bris, the Oslo car swip at each end is best for airtrains.

BrizCommuter

They are quite devious (i.e. lack of signage) at Vienna Airport to try and get passengers onto the upcharged CAT and not the S-Bahn. Didn't fool BrizCommuter though!
