Musings on public and active transport, and life! Welcome!
I have been interested in railways and public transport for my entire life. I am interested in getting the best results for our community in terms of transport mobility that is sustainable, is accessible and is affordable for all. I am the administrator and founder of RAIL Back On Track - a web based public transport advocacy group.
I am a retired medical scientist. My first job at the age of 15 was a PMG telegram delivery boy, I rode a bicycle for a living! I had a career in the Army (RAAMC), and then worked as a medical scientist at the Mater Hospital in Brisbane, and then finally as an academic at QUT.
